About Myself

The dairy farm I grew up on was on the Yahara river in Wisconsin.

Being the youngest of eight some of my earliest memories are of my brothers bringing ducks and pheasants back after hunting our marsh by the river. As a kid there was no better place to grow up, finding Indian heads on the sand hill, spearing carp in our creek and hunting the marsh with the big boy’s when I was old enough.

When I got older I went to work in the trades first a carpenter with brother Bob then a butcher with brother Tom and finally a carpet installer which at 52 I am still doing.

In 2014 I bought a decoy business in hopes of doing something more close to the things I like to do Hunting & Fishing. I also saw a way to improve the decoy and make it more affordable. I am also very proud to say that I kept this business in the United States.
